How much do you charge for shipping?
Free shipping is available when your total order value is $89.00 and above.  Shipping costs are computed based on three factors: delivery destination, product size, and product value.  An estimate of your shipping cost will be presented to you when you add an item to your cart.

When will you ship my order?
We process all orders within 2–3 working days.  We typically ship in-stock items within 3–4 working days.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery takes 7–10 working days after we receive an order within the contiguous United States and 10–15 working days for Hawaii and Alaska.  

Do you provide tracking information?
